Web Hosting Review:	I set up a web hosting account with this company 5 months ago. In those 5 months, they have experienced 2 hard drive failures. The second of which has resulted in total loss of all data. This is unacceptable. I will be finding a new web host.

Plan:	Basic
Company Response:	We restored all data in 24 hours. We have offer you to download your backup even after the server was up and running but you refuse. The total loss of all data is untrue and lying about it is not really good coming from you as a company.
