These people (new owners) are actually thieves. What have you done to us Thomas? It used to be good but obviously you sold out to the mafia. Had to go to my bank and fill out lots of forms to get my money back. Even then I lost out. Do NOT use them.

Once upon a time I had 10 domains with this company. The original owner\creator of the company was the BEST. Then it got sold to new management.

Lots of Downtime and outages
- Virus on the server

I felt this was one of the best hosting services when I first signed up about a year and a half ago. But lately the servers are unstable and tech support is slow to respond. I've also had billing issues that took too long to resolve.

BEWARE! Domain was hacked while on their servers, their ISP was hacked. Sites were down. They never informed clients of intrusions. I cancelled my acct on 4/7 - they billed me on 4/29, won't refund me or reply to emails. BEWARE! Shady characters.

Horrible. He billed me for hosting after I canceled and now claims I did it too late. If you have a legitimate complaint go to www.atg.wa.gov/FileAComplaint.aspx and report Nathan to the Washington Attorney General like I did.

I used them for years and they were great. But new owners took over and its terrible now. I left in Dec 06. I forgot to delete a scheduled paypal payment of $99(March 07). They refuse to refund it. I guess they need the $99 since many folks left.
