Pros:	NONE
Cons:	In one week, my site was NEVER up. Servers were changed, childish/rude responses to emails.
Company Response:	Client seems to not understand CGI settings are not the same for all servers and the same script that works on one server may need to be tweaked to work on another (the paths need to be changed etc.). When I tried to tell him this he was insulted and insisted the CGI was broken (even though there are literally hundreds of CGI scripts running from the same server!).

Cons:	Many technical problems, childish staff, unanswered posts, deletes support posts, no refunds given

Pros:	cheap
Cons:	8 hrs dntime in 2 days; incompetent tech support/no cust. svc. refused to refund! not worth free!
Company Response:	Customer did not transfer name servers correctly and blamed us for "downtime". As it says we do not have a money back guarantee.
