In the last year or more my site was constantly being hacked. Since Dec 2010 the same source kept hacking into my FTP and injecting malicious .htacess files. Maiahost could not control ths and they terminated my account due to pressure from Spamhaus.Poor!

Maiahost, they are probably among the best if your websites are small. Anything slightly bigger, they become Dr. Jeckyl. For my case, it was 5% of monthly bandwidth as advertised. Forced me to take up VPS or get lost. Very greedy company.
