Outstanding service and great value
I've tried many different hosts until I've found this one that I'm really happy with, since 2 years and counting. The site speed, uptime, stability and functionality have all been flawless so far. Only had to contact them once and it seems that they really know what they do, as my issue was solved just a few minutes later. Highly recommend!

Really bad solution
be very careful with their Terms. I have the account here for 6 years - > it was very average service, but for last years there were many problems with speed... Now I must pay for another year because they have 1-month cancellation term.
Company Response: Client ignored the T&C that he explicitly agreed to and no cancellation was submitted at all. The acct can be easily cancelled in any preferred text form. No tickets were submitted to provide assistance. His websites were outdated and not optimized.

Speedy servers, friendly staff and great value for money.
I'm happily using MaxterHost for my WordPress site and greatly appreciate their infinite patience with my lack of knowledge.
My tickets get almost instant attention, and their customer service, security and reliability is next to nothing.

They have really fast servers, You get almost instant attention to any support tickets and they are serious about support it is not really general answers but they always find the right solution for you.

Always fast turnaround on support tickets. Very occasional haphazard approach to server migration etc, but work hard to fix any errors and always gets there in the end!
