I signed up for MochaHost because the price seemed right. Boy was I wrong. Sometimes you get what you pay for, but in this case even though it was super cheap, I didn't even get what I paid for. I will NEVER use MochaHost for any purpose EVER. |

My account was suspended due to overactivity... I have three domains all for small organizations that don't get a lot of activity. One of which is actually hosted elsewhere. Tech support continually gave me a general response to why they suspended me. |

I use some Windows hosting, basic and virtual servers.
Since the begin, 20 months ago, the technical support has allways been perfect !

This problem was on the host's end and it was diagnosed in a day and corrected immediately. The rep apologized twice which is refreshing because many businesses don't like to admit mistakes. Difficulties in the past have always been eventually resolved. |

They've several stages of technical support. I'm a website developer and every time I face on problems I open the tickets, but such problem only can be solved by senior supporter, normally is a few days later. But that's ok, unless it can be solve. =D |
