Web Hosting Review:	Have been with them for a long time now and within the last year there service has gone from great to bloody awful. E-mail is down 2-3 times a week & support seems to be run by teenagers.

Web Hosting Review:	I've been (or was!) a dedicated server customer of Netcetera for almost 3 years. However, I finally cancelled today after being charged �300 for excess bandwidth which they claim was due to an attack on my server. I was given no notice before money taken

Web Hosting Review:	Our site is up & down like a yo-yo and the support start do not give a damn. At best their response is lethargic, at worst it's appalling. We get one-line answers that can be rude, dismissive and sarcastic in tone. Avoid this company like the plague.

Web Hosting Review:	Cannot fault these guys - have been to Fasthosts and Rackspace who are terrible - netcetera are the best - ultra fast support, great network and great uptime - highly recommended! Keep up the good work.

Web Hosting Review:	Expensive (though extra changes they bring up later), unreliable (particularly email), slow (FTP connections often dropped), and very hard to cancel (I got billed for an extra year, despite explicitly asking to cancel).

Web Hosting Review:	Totally unreliable. While their network status page always says "Nothing to report", Netcetera do know not what is really happeniing. I've had lots of problems. Avoid like the plague.
