I have more than 200 domains with netfirms and today the sales rep told me if you don't want to stay with us "THAT'S FINE"
Are you serious????
If they do this to me, god helps those with 10 or less domains.

Hi, Netfirms hosting service has degraded my presence in the search engines. Over the last few months the page response rate as measured by Google Webmaster Tools has skyrocketed. This has caused Google to stop crawling my site. Beware! stat away.

Sites have been down numerous times this year, email down, they hid their support numbers - this is a hosting company to stay away from. Try Bluehost in US - I have another set of site there and no issues in 4 years

I've been with netfirms for about 6 or 7 years and they have gone downhill in a major way since I started hosting with them. Terrible customer service, terrible product, there are much much better hosts, I don't know how these guys are still in business.

Tried using a CMS with a Netfirms hosting account - it timed out constantly, losing my edits. Been using the same CMS with GoDaddy awhile now, no problems there.

Email servers failed and they lost all email history. They could't recover and couldn't provide any appropriate answer for weeks. Every email responded by different person even with totally irrelevant answers. Terrible terrible follow up and service.

Unreliable! No e-mail back-up. Poor communication. Lost all my e-mail records (folders, attachments, etc.) back to 2004! Cannot restore and provide no solution. Hide tech support numbers. Poor service. Beware!

I have less then 10 visitors on my website a day and Netfirms says I am using 10% of their resources. Pages load in 20-30 seconds. BS Bye Bye Netirms

I have used Netfirms for about 8 years, but only as a personal server with no vital need. However, as business has picked up over the last year, so have the errors from Netfirms. Inconsistant uptime, unreliable email. Bye Netfirms.
