Leaving after 12 years
Back in 2004 they were great. Today they are not. Bad communication, bad billing. They take ALL my sites down if they see anything in the files they don't like without a notification. I find out when clients start calling. What kind of business is that?

I was with netfrms for years, jacked up price over 100%, and explanation that I was on special pricing. I think for 6+ years. and it was year to year billing. I asked them how come new customers can get 3 years what they trying to charge me for year

unauthorized credit card charges
When it was time to move to another host because I needed better pricing and better service they charged my credit card after my many emails telling them I did not wish to auto renew and after having my hosting plan set not not auto renew.

First they lost all my content, which we had to hand restore.
The website moved very slow. You have to contact them several times to get the issue resolved. Awful experience.

Rip Off
NetFirms Hosting for 10 years. now hosting elswhere SINCE THEY DOUBLED THEIR HOSTING FEE they want my credit card to close the account. Just received an email stating I SIGNED ON WITH A SPECIAL PRICE is why it doubled, 10 years ago? Contacting A.G.

poor customer service
they cannot handle sending to less than 300 customers on my distribution list, and they cannot and will not address the issue, BUT
want 35.00 for cancelling the account when I asked for money back.

Over 20 websites with Netfirms. Always problems: Major email forwarding & webmail problems. Auto renew hasn't worked on some & they sold the sites without any notification to me. They deleted all my stats at all of my sites. New site signup broken.

I hate Netfirms. My email has been down for almost 10 hours, again. The migration was awful, no one can really help you. They screw up then say "sorry but we can't fix it." I am looking to move all my sites asap. Don't use Netfirms.

Stay away from Netfirms at all costs. They have been bought out by Endurance International in the US and all aspects of their support have tanked. I already ran from iPower and Readyhosting because their service and reliability dive bombed when Endurance
