Over 20 websites with Netfirms. Always problems: Major email forwarding & webmail problems. Auto renew hasn't worked on some & they sold the sites without any notification to me. They deleted all my stats at all of my sites. New site signup broken. |

I hate Netfirms. My email has been down for almost 10 hours, again. The migration was awful, no one can really help you. They screw up then say "sorry but we can't fix it." I am looking to move all my sites asap. Don't use Netfirms. |

Sites have been down numerous times this year, email down, they hid their support numbers - this is a hosting company to stay away from. Try Bluehost in US - I have another set of site there and no issues in 4 years |

I've been with netfirms for about 6 or 7 years and they have gone downhill in a major way since I started hosting with them. Terrible customer service, terrible product, there are much much better hosts, I don't know how these guys are still in business. |
