Email servers failed and they lost all email history. They could't recover and couldn't provide any appropriate answer for weeks. Every email responded by different person even with totally irrelevant answers. Terrible terrible follow up and service. |

Unreliable! No e-mail back-up. Poor communication. Lost all my e-mail records (folders, attachments, etc.) back to 2004! Cannot restore and provide no solution. Hide tech support numbers. Poor service. Beware! |

I have used Netfirms for about 8 years, but only as a personal server with no vital need. However, as business has picked up over the last year, so have the errors from Netfirms. Inconsistant uptime, unreliable email. Bye Netfirms. |

Netfirms hosting is the worst by far of any web hosts. Netfirms SQL databases crash constantly, Netfirms uptime this year (2010) has been around 95%. Netfirms has cost me thousands in revenue! I'm saying goodbye to Netfirms hosting shortly, it's awful. |

I have had Netfirms now for 4 years with multiple domains. Their uptime lately with database and web is the worst I have seen. I am finally dumping them (so glad!) and switching all of my domains to a different host. Nerfirms="worst web host ever". |

I have been with netfirms for years. Customer support is now absolutely lousy. They never reply to support emails and will leave you on hold for hours . I have been unable to publish my site for days. Nobody cares. They don't deserve customers |

Terrible speed with joomla and wordpress. Costumer support is very bad. I called them to complain about the speed of my website, they told me to change my DNS server, i didn't work, speed is still very slow. Anyway, I will not renew my annual plan. |

Re. Advantage plan, great cPanel, superb online manual (answer you everything!) better than their CS, always uptimes!
Grid hosting has less TOS's restriction than those shared host companies. (e.g. file sharing OK).
Loading speed is fair only!! |
