Great administration interface. Usually get back to us within 24h. Dissapointed by slow Apache (up to 10 sec delay) and frequent server errors on shared hosting. |

I switched to NS from an unreliable web host. NS has provided excellent customer service in the switchover, as I have needed help in several areas, including changing from a Windows based server to a Unix to make a phpbb work. They were knowledgable! |
