The overall 3.3 rating doesn't mean they're good. It means they used to be good from 1999-2006. Of the reviews since October 2006, 15 are thumbs-down, and even the two that show thumbs-up say they're so fed up they're ready to bail. |

When Nathan Wilkerson ran NPSIS, support was better than I could have hoped for, but in 2006 Nathan changed direction (wilkersonart.com), and sold NPSIS to ABriYah LLC in Apex, NC. Under the new management, the company is now as bad as it once was good! |
