Web Hosting Review: I've had one of OLM's "legacy" shared web hosting plans since 1996 and it's great. Unfortunately over the past 2 yrs, OLM has changed staff and service model that restricts MySQL access and only offers paid support. New OLM (horrible). Old OLM (great)

Web Hosting Review: They're "fine" unless you CANCEL your account. "Old school excellence in a 2.0 world" - yea right! Couldn't call and cancel... anything but a simple control panel option to cancel. Not great if you like straightforward svc. Still use FAX for cc auth! ha!

Web Hosting Review: I've been a customer for over 7 years. Since that time they've lowered their rate, offerring more for less money. Quality has gotten worse.

I am paying 3 times higher and they won't change the rate for me. What a way to treat loyal customer.

Web Hosting Review: Whats good is the price. Whats not so good is the following: 1. site goes down often and you have no clue why. 2. tech support is atleast 35 minute wait before you get someone 3. you will get a vague explanation why. Overall UNRELIABLE.

Web Hosting Review: Great you can get tech support by phone 24/7. Downside is your site can go down w/no explanation. Upside is easy to install apps. Spam is an issue tho. Wish they had sendmail.

Web Hosting Review: Only problem I had was running Miva Merchant on a virtual server. Don't do it. Miva needs more resources. I knew better. So I upgraded to a dedicated server and haven't had a problem since. Great customer service. Quick to reply. Sales was very helpful.
