They're "fine" unless you CANCEL your account. "Old school excellence in a 2.0 world" - yea right! Couldn't call and cancel... anything but a simple control panel option to cancel. Not great if you like straightforward svc. Still use FAX for cc auth! ha! |

I've been a customer for over 7 years. Since that time they've lowered their rate, offerring more for less money. Quality has gotten worse.
I am paying 3 times higher and they won't change the rate for me. What a way to treat loyal customer. |

Only problem I had was running Miva Merchant on a virtual server. Don't do it. Miva needs more resources. I knew better. So I upgraded to a dedicated server and haven't had a problem since. Great customer service. Quick to reply. Sales was very helpful. |
