My server is down since 20 hours and they have stopped to respond the ticket. Their don't have a real phone number and they take hours to reply on a ticket. And when they do, its always a canned response. Totally Bullsh|t company. Stay away from them

4 days still not a working server including them giving me a new server (this forces a new IP) DRAC is read only. cant load own ISO's
support are good but replies are around 5 hours and usually one message per day. and reset queue if you reply.

Just ****ing Wow
So, contacted them prior to buying the server to ensure that they would accept a Windows Server licence key. They said yes. Confirmed the day before we bought, they said yes. They couldn't, said that they cannot confirm until after the box is bought.
