Don`t pay money to them ahead! Better to find other service
At first two month, when I pay month by month they respond and my server works (there was few problems they stopped it for an hour or so, but not longer). But as soon I paid for 6 month they disable the server no logs provided just words 2 weeks already

New order
I ordered server its been week still now i have not received it. I have ordered $69.99 then they told me they dont have $69.99 i have to pay for $130.00 for higher level of server. i have no choose paid. but still i have not received the server after week

Worst Service provider
i have paid them for 3 servers for 1 year, as soon as i paid them they started blocking and suspending my servers in the name of flooding attacks, when i ask them evidence they gave 1 WHM screenshot they block my server for 4 times and even more per month

OneProvider is Cheap, Fast, & Effective
See bad reviews but honestly they are decent for the money.What I love most is that they handle all of the language barriers and I simply RENT servers ANYWHERE to my hearts desire. Sometimes I can drive them nuts. Yet they patiently fix things. A+

Worst service ever
Open a reinstall ticket with custom partitions but in the end i didnt get any custom partitions ever.

Disrespectful & Dirty business practice.
OneProvider cheated me. They unexpectedly forced me to move to another DC & upon arrival I discovered they downgraded my hardware forcing me to lose all my custom modifications. No real reason.
Now I have dino hardware and lost a lot of $$$ & time.

Horrible technical support
All office contact numbers do not work and no one to answer any calls. There is no working number in France. They claim to have live support and 24 hour support, but it doesn't exist. They cause several billing errors that caused my server to go offline.
