Fantastic support, worth the price
They may not be the cheapest available hosting but you get what you pay for, their support is 24/7 and it truly shows. Everytime I have any issues they are promptly addressed like they are waiting on a ticket to arrive. I give them 5/5 just for that and their hosting packages are also great, I needed to upgrade my Wordpress to a slightly better package than what is on their Shared hosting and they have a middleground called Wordpress hosting which made my hosting significantly faster!.

this is the best company I have ever witnessed
I had a really rough time with my previous host and the previous host treated me very poorly . Orangewebsite has been the most outstanding customer service team I have ever dealt with, they provide help literally every step of the way and in every which way. Most people would charge WAY more for what orangewebsite provides, they are truly good people and I highly reccomend giving them your business as they literally saved my website and helped me SO much.

A really good, trustworthy webhost
These guys and gals are great! I'm still fuddling about figuring out out more details about webhosting and stuff, and I have pretty dumb, basic questions. Their Tech Support has always been really helpful about navigating the minutia of setting up websites and web hosting.

This latest thing I asked was a weird billing thing on my account. OrangeWebsite had emailed me a few weeks ago that they were getting major outside attacks into their company site, and that there could be issues with some of their services.

I asked about the weird bill, now it hits me that they just had had a major digital attack. They cleared up the billing confusion in less than 24 hrs.
