Terrible Support
After using OzHostings Hosted Exchange Server service to provide email for our 15 users for some years we migrated to Office 365. After several months most of our users lost 3 months worth of email and we asked for help in determining the cause. Despite overwhelming evidence including data contained in local backups we had made, OzHosting refused to investigate the issue in any meaningful way and simply kept saying that their server traces proved that our users had not received any email during the time period in question so it could not have been lost!!!Terrible Technical Support and I recommend that you go direct to Microsoft for Outlook 365 rather than through OzHosting who will not help you if you need it.

Overseas tech support, rude customer service
Overseas based tech support (despite the name). Signed me up for 6 Microsoft licenses without explaining what they were doing. Decided not to go ahead, now we are unable to use that domain with Microsoft for 12 months. Rude customer service. Avoid.

Haphazard, inconsistent, do not deliver
Since being with ozhosting I have endured a litany of errors and outages on my website and a consistent milking of my bank account without anything remotely resembling an invoice, in fact without anything.
Think twice.

Could do better
Difficult to get timely support. Problems not really solved. Signed on for a set price, then later get an email stating there will be an increase, but not giving actual figures. Then a reasonably large price hike hits my CC, PLUS a new CC fee. Not happy

Avoid at all costs
Rude and unhelpful customer service. Too many unexplained outages. Expensive and definitely not worth the money. Avoid this company at all costs.

Great company but do not expect efficient support for your problems.
Lets start with the positives. Great service, great uptime. The problem is, don't expect efficient or any type of quick support.
1. Support is slow to non existant.
2. Chat option rarely gets answered.
3. No number to call from outside Austral
