No Supports
everyone in my company is without email for 4 days now. I have Sent multiple service request through their ticketing procedure and have received zero response. I tried to search for a Parcom telephone number online and found two non-working numbers.

Not Good
Servers are down a lot. Customer service - The only message I get from customer service is: Move to our new cloud - it's better. Just let me go already

Customer service does not exist
Sent many emails to parcom technical and customer support, asking them to unblock my inbox. Parcom has not responded. parcom was notified in February 2014. Today is June 30, 2014. So I'm still waiting after 5 months.

Put in a urgent service request on February 6th, supposedly for the $5/24 hour service, rec'd a confirmation email stating that it could take between 24-48 hrs; as of Feb 16, still waiting for a response. Currently seeking responsive webhost!

Company Response: So sorry. We know it is too late, but we have no excuses but have changed over to a brand new ticketing system. We found a great fix and even though it may not help you - we are 100% confident in the new system. --Dave (owner)

Speed is average. Family business, no one works on the weekend.

DON'T TRY TO LEAVE THEY WILL DELETE YOUR SITE IMMEDIATELY AND YOU WILL BE STUCK WITHOUT EMAIL OR WEBSITE.

GO ELSEWHERE.

I have been a Parcom customer for several years now, I host a few sites there, and can honestly say that they are the best hosting provider that I have used to date.

I've been a customer at Parcom for around six months. I've never had a problem with them. Its hardware and service is top notch. The owner hangs out in the forums with his customers. That's the sort of host I want. Thanks Parcom.

Crazy Dave (the CEO) and his team (actually his familly as he said :)) ) are the BEST in the industry and they have the LOWEST prices I could ever dream of ! They make it easy even for a beginer and I already have 4 of my websites hosted with them.
