Powweb is another word for "BAD EXPERIENCE!" This company will debit your credit card over and over without your authorization. You can cancel your account but they will keep charging you.

I asked to cancel. They continue to bill me. I call. The supervisor barely speaks English. I say cancel me again. I get a voicemail telling me to call again to really cancel because "Cancel me now!" wasn't clear enough for them. RUN from Powweb! |

Been with them a year... about 80% up time and while live chat support is nice, everyone gives the same answer (sorry. we're fixing it). Billing isn't automatic either and they shut down your site if it's 1 minute late! I'm moving!!!! |

If you do not care about support or reliability then Powweb is for you. If you care about these then keep searching, they may be cheap, but there are other companies out there that are cheap too. |

Best host I've had. Uptime of my site is pretty good. Technical support is good too. Can contact through email, phone, and also chat. Cheap package with great features. There are always constant upgrades for storage and bandwidth. |

Had problems before they move to their new facility, but stayed because service started to get better. Now, I have 2 sites running on 2 different clusters.1 of the clusters is having problems, their mySQL databases run slow. Time to go. Great forum thou. |

Generally a good host, though in the last 4 months there have been numerous problems. 5gb of storage and 300gb of transfer are not helpful, if you cannot host enough domains to use them 5 domains is not sufficient. |
