Pros:	great customer service and question response, offer PHP/MySQL
Cons:	PHP installed as cgi rather than Apache module, infrequent POP mail error
Company Response:	PHP is installed as a CGI for security and flexibility reasons. Running it as an Apache module forces you to make your files writable by all users on the system.

Pros:	So far so good
Cons:	It would be nice to have a live tech person available rather than e-mail or phone message
Company Response:	We do have live phone support available, but you will hit voicemail if we're on the phone. (Who likes to wait on hold?)

Pros:	Great all around hosting and service / support is fast, reliable and friendly.
Cons:	Recent speed and uptime issues, but server is scheduled for upgrade.

Pros:	Reasonable Prices and LOTS of webspace available with Kitchensink Plan (1/2 Gig).
Cons:	Online mail reading has been slow lately but they're upgrading the server.

Pros:	all round exceptional service
Cons:	30 second delay logging into mail server for last 6 weeks, was faster before
Company Response:	This affected some users without reverse DNS lookup for their IP address. IMAP is not affected by this problem.
