Can't count the number of times my sites have been down, and today, they've been down for over 12 hours (and counting). Support has not responded at all. Support, from the start, has been very slow, and often completely incorrect. Avoid Rackfleet. |

Support, while not always prompt was reasonable, until my last ticket. After 10 days it still wasn't solved and repeated requests were ignored or answered with "we'll fix it". Eventually I received no answers at all. |
