In 2009 I introduced Rackforce to my company and I do not regret it.

I'm so happy with them, they are super fast in responding to tickets. They fixed a billing issue in 4 minutes through the ticket system, with other companies this takes forever!

no refund after 1 week of service? DDS Cloud $99 a month with a $49 set up fee, $25 for Plesk....

they need 30 days notification no matter what.

If your company relies on a SANS server do NOT use RackForce. Expect to be down once a month. I am extremely disappointed with Rackforce.

Rackforce has directly responsible for a 70% decrease in my site traffic due to SAN problems on a monthly basis. During one time we we're down 3 days in total.

I have been with Rackforce for about 4 years. I have been able to upgrade and scale my servers for periods of high traffic and do away with the upgrades when no longer needed, with nearly zero downtime.

I've had service with them since 2003. While they've had some issues in the past, RackForce has worked incredibly hard to bolster their network and has been incredibly reliable for the past couple of years.

I am extremely happy with Rackforce. They have very competitive pricing for what you get. After I recieved my server I had a couple of problems figuring out how to configure and support answered my questions instantly.

I've had a server at RackForce for over 5 years now, growing from a shared server to a fully dedicated server. They are the best in the business. Tech support answers tickets promptly and knowledgeably. I wouldn't go anywhere else
