Absolutely herrendous support and uptime. My server was down more than it was up and I finally cancelled afer 3 months of them lying that everything will be ok. Then they did not even offer a compensation and say "Guarantee is only for first 72 hours". |

The moment the server was set up I started having problems. The IPs never populated correctly. I gave up and switched companies. They charged me for another months service and now refuse to refund, stating I must of damaged the server. |

I started with 1 VPS and because the support and uptime was fantastic upgraded to 2 DDS 5000 dedicated servers. Since first upgrade I've noticed more downtime, latency issues and problems with support on customer service level as well as understaffing. |

Seems to be a very quality company so far I ever encountered. Host with their VPS plan. Support is excellent - phone support, online support. Recommend everybody. |
