We selected racknation for our costa rican Vpn proxies servers, currently running 4 nodes on their SSD cloud, their cloud IO is awesome, their uptime has been great, love their status page at http://status.racknation.cr/

love my rdc server
we hired a windows server to play poker remotely via RDC (since costarican ips are not restricted to some poker sites) very happy with our server, nice speed. Been playing non-stop for over 40 days no with no down time. (friendly staff also)

Racknation rocks
Our co. is a big regional chemist distributor, among the solutions racknation currently provides i can mention our Sap B1 platform and our Exchange platform, yes their service is top notch, we havent had any issues that they were not able to handle timely

Great dedicated servers
These guys have the best support in the planet, really. The only drawback with hosting with them is that their dedicated server line as a default only comes with 10mbps uplinks, yes you can upgrade as needed but still ... the only drawback i can see.

Colocation, 11+ months free of hassles
We rent half a rack at racknation for a little less than a year, just wanted to share how good their support is, they really excel on that area. Their infrastructure has been solid and stable, nothing to complain about. Kudos to Racknation!

got great offer and great support
setup a mariadb cluster replicator for a client in panama that needed/wanted an alternate location for redundancy, low latency to panama. The guys in racknation have been very friendly and eager to help us in the process. we are a dedicated server client

Complains ? ... Zero ... simply great support
hosting our store frontends in racknation for over 6 months now, we target south american markets, im pretty surprised with the support this company provides, i dont pay for managed servers but they do go beyond the normal support you usually get around

Sick support
I decided to write this review because im surprised with the support these guys from Racknation provide, we just migrated our exchange accounts to their hosted exchange and man their support is fenomenal, they do go beyond the normal boundaries of support
