I ordered 6 months of their 3GB package and recieved no service, no support, and no response.
You know what kind of company this is when you dont even get service when you order....bad experience. |

Customer service after sign up is for pre-sales only. Server went down and response to my submitted 'support' ticket was auto-response; not an answer to 'how long will I be out of business'. Very disappointed and will be switching host. |

I have since brought my entire network of sites over to rackslash.com. Never had any downtime to my knowledge. Best bandwidth allowance for the dollar, by far, as provided by a hosting company, even beats godaddys $3.95 hosting, which only offers maybe 1 |

I have been with RackSlash Networks about 3 months. I think they are great hosting company. Their package is awsome. Check their site; it's only $4.50/month with 3GB Disk & 100GB Bandwidth. And I never had downtime on my site. I recommend them!! |
