Typical hosting provider with huge price tag
Premium price worth nothing. When traffic grows past a certain limit they wouldn't hesitate to pull the plug - typical shared cheap hosting provider's behavious

Customer service hung up on me, literally, because my daughter (she is 3) came into my home office while on the phone with them. Notwithstanding, there have been email and other server issues that should occur at this price point...can't recommend.

I've been with them for 6 years, excellent uptime (maybe down 30 min in the 6 years). Billing and sales seem pretty goofed up. Tech support is generally terrific, but lately a little less so. Pricing seems high considering what I am hearing from others.

Switched from another hosted exchange becuase their tech support seemed better, and it is. But their technology is crap! I cant wait unil next month when I switch back, don't believe the marketing hype...

I have managed email and hosting with rackspace for my small company. I have spent more then 30 hours with tech support and mulitiple issues are still not resolved. We have very simple tech needs and rackspaces fails to deliver on all fronts.

Rackspace is Extremely expensive but I once felt it was worth the money but now after two years I have soured on their constant staff changes and unwillingness to be flexible. After being a client for two years I have had enough of this waste.

As a relatively new customer of Rackspace in the UK (2 dedicated servers and top level support package) I have to say that I am most impressed by our first 6 months with them. I just hope that their aggresive growth plans do not hinder them in future.

These guys are absolutely top notch. I've had sevices from various other providers, including Verio. Rackspace always goes above and beyone. Way above and beyond.
