I have had a technical problem for at least 1 month that they have no interest in fixing. They are a terrible company.

RCTHost is the worst company I have ever dealt with! Their service is terrible and their response is non-existent. I had to move evrything to another host - I just couldn't live with this any longer.

It seems Ryan Townley, the owner of RCTHost.com, is more into being a drummer for his rockband, autumnroad.net, than making sure his business is running smoothly. Servers are slow and emails either don't come in or they arrive 2 - 5 days late. Not worth

RCTHosts servers are very overloaded. 3-4 times a day php scripts can't connect to mysql. Also, lately I do not recieve an answer to support tickets or emails. The support forums were removed by rcthost because "users were complaining".

I have been a customer of rcthost hor over three years and have also had clients with this host. The customer service was decent in the beginning but has since been horrible. The servers are always down all clients lost ALL data in a recent outage.

Recently RCTHOST decided to limit ALL accounts to 900MB, irrespective of the initial allocationa when signing up. This will cause major problems with many users. Customer support= zip!

I hosted w/ RCT for approximately a year, and left due to poor service/quality of service. They even re-billed our CC one year after we cancelled our service and wouldn't respond support tickets regarding the erroneous billing. Not recommended.
