I agree with the guy who says that tech support treats you like an idiot. I have a problem with mails sended to one account , it's simply get lost, and they says "everything's ok". Used to be good, but now I'm bored of them and I quit.

They cheated me 2 times in 5 years. They are trying to make more money than the plan you choose. ROUTHost canceled my accound 4 months before the end of my yearly subscription wich I paid. All that without notices! AVOID

Our web site was down for two month because of Routhost unacceptable level of service. We have moved away and we advise other customers to run away from this.

Routhost host my domain and my website since march 2006. I'm very satisfied with the support. I never had problems with them, they're quick and efficient. I don't know why people have problem with them.

The hosting itselfe is not that bad, but billing is horible, wanted to cancel my acount since bought on the 5-5-09 and wanted to cancel by the 9th, still in the process of trying to get money back, now my hosting is canceled, but didnt get my money

Customer service used to be great but it is taking three days now to get a response. Now the offer things on the website they do not provide once you sign up and refuse to make it right once you find out.

We've been with them since start of our company, all was great at first. They did bad migration, billed us wrong. Didnt transfer our account ok ... since april 21st havent got access ... sent multitude of emails, no response in days. No answer of phone.

I've been with routhost for several years and stay only because of the low price of my legacy plan that is no longer offered. They have frequent issues that are annoying but generally resolve the issues given enough time. Their domain is down right now.

I am getting ready to pull out of Routhost after five days of not being able to use Sitebuilder. Their tech support is outsourced from Mumbai and is basically useless. They ignore my E-mails. Now they've blocked me from getting into Sitebuilder. BAD.

Company Response: Brenda, our support is not outsourced from Mumbai. We have staff in US, Canada, England, Poland and India. None of our support is outsourced. Sitebuilder was an issue but we have now resolved it with the support of the vendor.
