Awful customer service. I signed up for the £10 per month package, after some time they suddenly hit me with a £500 charge overnight for 'bandwidth overages' with no warning. 6 Months later, my card was renewed, they disconnected my site without warning |

We had to re-register a domain, despite it being paid for until 0612. They charged £675 to transfer registrars and would only accept email requests. Refused to answer the phone. Will never deal with them again and do not recommend to anyone |
