Web Hosting Review: Deleted hosting account by accident. Breach of security - one of our domain customers became the default email and listed on our billing profile and his domain renewed by my cc without my permission or automatic renewal. Not recommended..changing now

Web Hosting Review: Hosting with them for a couple of years now but something is going drastically wrong over there. Outage for days at a time, no response from tech support, no one answering the phone, no one on live chat. Searching for a new host now.

Web Hosting Review: They accidentally deleted our primary hosting account, then said they couldn't restore any of my customer's sites. Apparently no disaster recovery plan in place. Went to Godaddy and couldn't be happier. Stay away from these jokers.

Web Hosting Review: I have 3 sites (shared hosting plan host2000) w/ ServerGrid--No complains about their service. I submit help tickets by email and the response time is pretty good (30 min to 4 or 5 hrs). Helpful with setup questions and how-to questions.

Web Hosting Review: Since changing from Boundgrid to Servergrid the service/support has gone from fabulous to horrible. Put in a support ticket and all you get is excuses and claims of "no known issues". I have 25 sites hosted there and having problems with all of them.

Web Hosting Review: I have been with ServerGrid since they were BoundGrid. Initially I had little to no problems. Over the past year I have had nothing but problems. I have over 15 sites with them and have gone down numberous times over the past year. Stay Away!!!

Web Hosting Review: Tech support is awful. If serious things go wrong they get an attitude with customers. Downtime cost me $5k lost sales in 2007. Beware deceptive ads on yearly billing plans. They won't give back a full monthly refund on the year plans if you quit early.

Web Hosting Review: The Support is too bad , You can't beleive . What is 24/7 Support - 24 means after 24 Hours they will reply with excuse that they don't have any known issue with their server .
7 means , all 7 days are same for them (Holiday).

Web Hosting Review: Ok Unless you use DotNetNuke. Servergrid claims DNN support but does not truly support DNN. Their servers are unreliable (I have 3rd party companies testing), their support is full of excuses, and the DNN support is a joke.
