Dreadful customer service. Account took 3 days to be verified, then they sent me the wrong login details. Only allowed 2 support tickets per month! Frankly awful, I couldn’t make it clearer NOT TO USE SERVERPRONTO. |

ServerPronto offers good value for money, but their customer support is awfull. Everything goes trough a Ticket System, but when server crashes, they don't respond/reboot in hours and there is no other way to contact them. We've had enough. |

This is the best value I have found so far for a dedicated server. They cost less than half of my last service provider and I have not had any downtime/reliablity issues. Customer support is always available and they actually know what they are doing. |
