Site5 hasTERRIBLE and INCOMPETANT customer support! They overwrote my entire account with an older version and were UNABLE to restore a good backup! They offered me 1 free month of hosting in return for this! |

Everything great so far. Had few problems adding domain pointers, but the customer service fixed it in no time. They seem to be overselling, but so far, haven't had a real issue to complain, and for the price I paid, I can't ask for more. |

We deal with several hosting providers located in different countries and Site5 has proven to be the worst of them. It seems like they have overloaded their shared hosting servers, which create incidents, downtimes and long server response times. AVOID! |

Lately my site has been down more than it's been up. I tried to give them the benifit of the doubt. Well, no more. It started with the downtime again this week and I started looking for a new host. Migrated 7 sites away in 1 day and still no cpanel. |

The service was OK when I had no problems, but when I did and they did not respond to emails, I had a very different experience.
I found them highly dishonest and uninterested in providing support.

Site 5 customer service is average, server uptime is total crap. EVERYTIME I need to log into the server to do any work it's down. They have moved me to three diferent servers and I reliablily have the same problems. STAY AWAY |

Support staff don't talk to each other - 3 diff techs can tell you 3 diff things about the same problem. And it took them 16 hours to finally tell me the truth. Plus servers that go down at least once a month. Cheap but nasty. |

Site5 is obnoxious. Their servers are up and down and their support either ignores your ticket altogether or they reply "your site is working properly" after they've brought it back up... hours (or days) later. I'm a reseller and Site5 almost ruined me. |

Random outages. Hardware failures. 4-5 hours to answer priority tickets (you pay extra for priority). The only reliable thing is the bill. I'm out as soon as I find a new host. |
