My site is down and no one is prepared to help. I've tried 3 times to speak to your chat support and no one is returning with answers and my site's files are down. I came over from Godaddy and so far it's a nightmare.

Company Response: Hi Pamela, We checked your case and we see our phone team has assisted you and now your site is up and running. Regarding chats, our agents have tried to help, but they stopped receiving updates from you, possibly due to internet connectivity.

I love SG's tech service, they are fast, and resolve issues quickly! Upside, coming from GoDaddy, they don't try to upsell you on more hosting products, they only resolve the issues and that's it. Excellent +++
