Had several issues with siteground and they typically take hours for ANY response. They have NO phone support and supervisors take 24hrs to respond to e-mails. If you want real support use a host who will actually talk to you. I'm switching to godaddy |

I find that the servers themselves are usually up at siteground and their CPANEL is quite nice.
HOWEVER, I feel that Siteground makes rash technical decisions that affect businesses before contacting us.
