i have sent in over 10 requests for help still no active site building software (failed after one month) still no access to their help forum . thy quickly sendan auto response which gives them great help desk stats. HOWEVER I HAVE AN UNUSABLE PRODUCT!! |

They CHARGE you to backup your account here. I've never had ANY host charge for a backup--it's likely been an option in cPanel. I've got 4 websites to move at $25 each. Good lord what a ripoff!!! avoid!!! |
