Unbelievable. I could use more adjectives but time and time again they amaze me. Support tickets are dealt with in a matter of minutes. No point in going anywhere, just refresh the screen and the ticket is done, answered and solved. |

In the past year or so their support system has become a hellish maze of tutorials designed to keep you from getting in touch with an actual person. This is absolutely infuriating. Avoid them. |

I have been designing sites and purhcasing hosting from hundereds of sites for years and I find sitegrounds reliability to be very poor they have a good site and thier support is good but their servers go down all the time for various alleged reasons |

When email is down, you cannot verify the problem (because it won't connect), which is required before leaving a help desk ticket. Consequently, ZERO customer service. Avoid them like the plague if you need reliable email. |

Everything used to be fine but then they have blocked my acc with no notice becuase I had more than 5GB of data. They then asked $50 to unblock it. CHEATING. It was said UNLIMITED space. Feel pissed off. |
