Siteground is great. At first I was a little worried about there being no technical help via phone, but my queries are answered that quickly, that I actually prefer it this way now. I have had no problems that have not been sorted out within 15 minutes. |

I can't speak highly enough of SiteGround, my recent experiences with their support desk has amazed me, I've never had better service anywhere. Fast, specific and helpful. I would recommend them to anybody looking for hosting with REAL customer service. |

I've used Siteground since 2008 as an ftp site for television clients. With dwindling tech support & frequent service interruptions I've decided to cancel (I'm told it will cost $25). There's also an int'l fee since they're not a US company. Avoid them. |

They asked me to send in a copy of my ID before signing up! Sounds like a scam to me. Neither Host Gator nor GoDaddy has ever asked me for this information. Did anyone else have the same experience? |
