I was forced to find a new hosting company because of technical issues on THEIR end that THEY could not find! Their Customer Service is HORRIBLE and their Technical Assistance is a joke! Take my advice - use Arvixe instead! http://www.arvixe.com/1946.htm |

I have been a customer for a year. EVERY SINGLE time I submitted a support ticket it has been answered wrong. They paste silly templates that might be applicable. EACH TIME I end up escalating to a supervisor who is only marginally better. I hate them! |

Although the plans are appealing, and all seems simple enough once you're a customer for 3-4 years you start noticing the horrible policies and overwhelming pricing that other companies refrain from charging. |

SiteGround is wonderful, however sometimes they can be a little picky and cheap with their customers. I love the templates they have for Joomla! and I feel that they are BY FAR one of THE best hosting providers out there.
