I am extremely happy with the service provided by Siteground.
We had a technical glitch in a component causing over-usage of shared provider bandwidth. They supported in pin-pointing the exact problem and we could resolve it soon.

I have been using this host for about 15 sites. There may be quicker hosts but I have it great for small business sites. They have excellent support and all features to easily set up sites and email.

Very Bad
Their hosting plans have some limitations they don't talk about ... The Cpanel is not easy to use. They doesn't do refund even one day after the paiement. Yes, they propose me refund but I must pay 25 dollars of intalation fees. |

Not a US company. Bank added unexpected international transaction fees that I was not warned about which made the cost a bit higher than advertised. Support is ONLY through a ticket system and you have to navigate a maze to submit, then get bad support. |

I have multiple sites with SiteGround and am so happy. Excellent customer service. I had so many problems with reliable hosting in the past. Ended up with GoDaddy which is at least stable but SiteGround seems much more efficient and technially adept. |
