Incompetent IT
My website hosted by this incompetent company disappeared of the internet some time in March. I only realised this in May when I started getting negative feedback from new sales quotations issued. I contacted sivehost and was told that they had accidently lost all website data, I mean ALL including backup, of many of their clients including mine – a weak ‘sorry’ was their only reply. They insisted that they could do nothing to help me regain any lost data. And then they sent me an invoice for the hosting of my non-existing website for the next year!!!
I contacted a new company to help build and host a new site. They did the transfer of the Cpanel from sivehost to their platform. Withing 15 minute, Daniel from the new host called to tell me that my website was up and running! They had retrieved my website data from the info sent by sivehost!!! How incompetent are the IT guys at SIVEHOST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
