Agree with most everyone else, e-mail and customer service are horrible. Price is fairly decent, but they don't offer ASP.NET 2.0 and they haven't been able to figure out when/if they will.

it has now been three months and i have had several problems with email through startlogic. for example, emails disappear into mysterious blackholes, neither giving me an error message nor received by recipients. i cannot recommend startlogic whatsoever

We have several clients who we can't email. My ticket has been open for more than 9 days now still nothing. called 3 techs and not one call back. Last one was rude and refuses to call. They will only email and those emails are not making it to me.

When we've had issues with email (being rejected, disappearing, etc.) the support has been AWFUL. I have waited 8 days to have a HIGH impact ticket answered, and after following their advice worse issues started occurring. Stay away!

I have been with Startlogic for 2 years and have never had a problem. I found that the one time I had to call customer support that they were very knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. I really like them.

I will NEVER use this company again! Customer support is rude! Also, when you sign up for a deal be sure to keep records as they will attempt to charge you again

Its so fast to crate an account with this company. Their Vdeck control panel is one of the best but their customer service is the worst i have ever seen. I waited 2 days for my answer. They suspended my account and not telling me why?
