it has now been three months and i have had several problems with email through startlogic. for example, emails disappear into mysterious blackholes, neither giving me an error message nor received by recipients. i cannot recommend startlogic whatsoever |

We have several clients who we can't email. My ticket has been open for more than 9 days now still nothing. called 3 techs and not one call back. Last one was rude and refuses to call. They will only email and those emails are not making it to me. |

When we've had issues with email (being rejected, disappearing, etc.) the support has been AWFUL. I have waited 8 days to have a HIGH impact ticket answered, and after following their advice worse issues started occurring. Stay away! |

I have been with Startlogic for 2 years and have never had a problem. I found that the one time I had to call customer support that they were very knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. I really like them. |

Its so fast to crate an account with this company. Their Vdeck control panel is one of the best but their customer service is the worst i have ever seen. I waited 2 days for my answer. They suspended my account and not telling me why? |
