Thanks for the great work so far and keep it up
If you have been with a certain thing for a while, you will grow accustomed to it and your loyalty will be so strong. This is why I will never leave swissns shared hosting because of its services and great features available. Support with them can be a bit slow but they there 24/7 so you don't have to wait overnight for replies, I usually get replies to my emails in about 45 minutes which is perfect for me. The site builder is awesome for someone who does not have a clue where to start with a website from scratch.

Everything works like a clock!
Why I stick with swissns shared hosting mainly is because whenever I've had issues (my fault or otherwise) their support is fast and knowledgeable and can be relied upon to sort you out. The machine I'm on doesn't appear to be oversold and when the migrated my sites to a newer server it was seamless. Their interface is a cool and modern and but it's sometimes difficult to find what you're looking for.

Good price, performance, and features
I love the plans and how your space and bandwidth increases each month. Swissns provider keeps improving their plans. I love the prices. The server was down for about 15 minutes one month. So far, I am extremely impressed with these guys. There is nothing that counts more than decent support, they go beyond the call.

With the outstanding service levels I have personally experienced with swissns, particularly Alexis Aivaliotis in the customer service/swissns.ch Support area, there is no need to even consider having anyone else handle our internet and web needs. He is excellent. When I need something done, the response is immediate and even the simplest of questions are answered thoroughly. Swissns have excellent support, and prices are good
It is very hard to find a good and reliable hosting provider. Some web hosts offer a cheaper service, but their results are such that they can destroy your business. To everybody I know who has a website, I suggest they give Swissns web hosting a try. Keep up with the great job!

I contacted swissns support via Live Chat, they replied very fast and explained me what hosting solution I should have bought. I have been using their shared hosting service for over three months now and highly recommend them if you're looking for affordable EU web hosting. I found out that swissns web host offer nice shared website services for charities. Initially I thought there may be a catch. But I have now transferred to them, and setup was free without any strings and must admit the service I have received has been impeccable and the transfer was very smooth. Excellent Web Hosting service
So, I have a good time since I've been hosting my websites with Swissns, I have no server crashes or hacker attacks, my site really works good with them and it costs many resources when users take the videochat, but the performance is every time good. All in all, they are amazing, on boarding was a breeze. Getting sites set up happens so quick. I am able to charge more per hour and have so much more done! My clients love me!
