Their service is really good, Good customer service and I been with them since 2007, not really many downtime and not for long time, for Fredirico Lorenzo I am saying how about me who was waiting 21 hour for freaking answer of doteasy? |

We joined Terapower in May 2008. One year later, I am very pleased with our experience withTerapower. If a tech response is a bit slower than I would have liked, I just think about how little I am paying for an otherwise reliable service. |

In the last months, the server was down twice a week!!! And the customer service is terrible, more than 8 hours to answer!!!
In the las week (July 2008) I have to send 3 tickets, and the average time to answer was 5 hours |
