DO NOT USE GODADDY! Their Customer Services is terrible and Arrogant. Unblock dept. is real bad. And don't care if they shut your email down because you send too many emails! 24 to 48 hours response time! Stay away from these guys they are terrible! |

Not for ebook or software publishers. The poorly written online instructions for using GoDaddy's Quick Shoppin Cart are not quite compensated for by their excellent phone support. Why should I have to telephone in the first place?

No problems with GoDaddy here. The software (PHP/mySQL) is a bit out of date and the tech support isn't particularly helpful, but their stuff just works. I haven't had any problems at all and they've been very efficient and helpful with their billing. |
