Technical aspect of The Planet, Great. Had problems they have always assist on technical side. Billing & CS-BAD, look for any opportunity to disconnect your server after 25 days, Costumer service rude. I can go on for days why. |

I've tried quite a few providers and I have not found anything better than the planet. Very professional, quick to respond and really nice people. I had a RAM dimm fail in one server and it was resolved in 15mins...peerless support! |

I've been with them for nearly two years, and have had exactly one outage (network related). Their support has been outstanding for me... great service great price, just ordered another server. This is the first web host I'm happy with in 14 years. |

I've been hosting with The Planet for 4 years and have always had outstanding service and few outages (who doesn't have any?). Once I got to more than 10 servers, they even assigned me an account manager. Can only recommend them. |
