Absolutely great! I've only been with them a short time but everything has been fantastic. If there's a problem its immediately fixed. Tech Support is fast to respond. Friendly, supportive and highly recommended. I can say I'll be around for awhile! |

Servers are slow, proplems with POP, problems with FTP. Just slow and buggy. |

Constant short outages. Support denies any problems and tries to shift blame. Final straw was when server went down for almost 4 hours due to a DNS problem they caused. Was refused a credit because "they don't have an SLA". Horrible |

While we do not offer an SLA guarantee, our average uptime is in the 99.99 percentile. We've been around since 2001 (do a whois lookup to verify). |
