Company Response:	There was no downtime, and the speed issue is not our fault... Your not the only one downloading on the file server, its on a shared speed. If you want full speed get your own dedicated server.

Web Hosting Review:	Very Very good customer service. At first I thought it was a classic "too good to be true situation" 15 $ a month for 10 gigs and un-metered bandwidth? I used a virtual credit card just to make sure it was legit, and it definitely is. Get TP20/10
