When we started with this company 4 years ago, they were great. However, within the last two years that have grown completely careless. Whenever we experience a problem, they never reply. Needless to say, we moved to another company. AVOID UCWebHost!

No customer support. No technical support. Unresponsive to tickets or e-mail. A bogus phone number. What more can I say?

Every webhost has their problems. Try Ipowerweb if you want really bad service. While I admit UCwebhost is not quite the service they were before they were bought out, they were not too bad to respond. Time will tell.

UCWebhost was wonderful for 2 years. Then we started having outages. The entire network went down on May 9 in the evening and has not come back up. No wat to communicate. Not responding.

Horrible!! We've been down for over 4 days and have had NO response other than 2 little network updates on their website... they wont answer calls, return messages, answer support tickets nor emails... this is crazy. NOT GOOD.

Up until a month ago, they would answer the phone. Now when they have a system wide problem, instead of anwering the phones, they go dark, nothing for days on what is happening or when it will be fixed.

Horrendous service when there is a problem. And unfortunately there have been 2 total outages in the last 2 weeks. During that time there was no communication to customers as to what was happening. Calls went unanswered and trouble tickets ignored.

Great at first and then beyond terrible. Frequent down time and constant technical issues. Worst part is the terrible tech support/customer service. Impossible to get straight answers re: tech issues. Talk in circles and try to blame you. Not recommended
