This is the second server I have brought to Umbra. I have never had any problems, and in fact, to the contrary, I have gotten the best customer service experience from them than I have gotten at any other tech-related company. |

a friend told there server is good. but in 3rd month of purchase, the site was down for many hours. same for 2 other friends. their customer service is poor. they never informed me about the downtime. they never apologized even after mailing them! POOR |

Originally I was with a different hosting company which Umbra Hosting acquired, there were some problems with the switch however the support was brilliant and we soon got sorted out.
Umbra Hosting have a great up time, it has been down around 2 times. |
